Brody is the Head Tennis Professional at Northland Racquet Club. He is a young, enthusiastic USPTA Elite Professional. He describes himself as an energy filled, life-long learner who is in love with the sport of tennis. Brody is a firm believer that high level success starts with the FUNdamentals of the game, specifically the technical and movement aspects of tennis.
Brody was most recently an Academy Coach at Marchetti Tennis Academy based in the KC area where he worked with numerous nationally ranked and sectionally ranked juniors. Before that he was the Junior Tennis Director at Milburn Country Club in Overland Park where he took over the Junior Program in May of 2015. Before moving to Kansas City, Brody was previously the Head Tennis Professional at Body First Wellness Center in Manhattan, Kansas for 2 years while attending Kansas State University where he studied English Literature. In Brody’s spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, studying the game of tennis, and still playing in his own spare time.

Hello, I’d like to introduce myself as one of your new Coaches and Teaching Professional here at Northland Racquet Club.I’ve recently moved to the Kansas City area. I have been in the industry for 27 years as a Coach and teaching professional. My junior years consist of 12 years of competitive play
and training at the Nick Bollettieri Tennis Academy beginning in the early 80’s. I carried a national ranking from the age of 9. I played professionally for nearly 2 years and returned to Bollettieri IMG as a player and coach in the early 90’s.
I have trained players of all levels internationally and in the states .My international coaching experience has allowed me to travel to Ireland, Northern Ireland, Germany and Croatia. My experience extends to all levels of play from the eager beginner to the avid beginning professional player. I have a great passion to ensure the game stays strong. I enjoy working with all levels of players.
I began working with USTA League Teams in the early 2000’s and developed several teams ranging from 3.0 level up to 4.5 levels of play. I consider myself a doubles specialist. Many of these teams have experienced reaching Districts, Sectionals and National competitions. I am highly experienced in all
games and level of play. I am looking forward to working with all level players and developing players of all abilities. I am currently working with USTA League Teams in the area. Please come join me on the court!
Hi! My name is Ian Cunliff and I’m one of the tennis instructors here at Northland Racquet Club. My involvement and passion for tennis really took off when I went to college, where I played for Rockhurst University for 4 years. I was ranked top 4 in MV in singles, doubles, and mixed at the open level. At the highschool level, I was All-State and finished in the top 5 all four years of my highschool class.
